One of the most stressful areas of any move is making sure IT downtime is reduced to zero,
if your company relocates.

 

Our service offers the following:

Survey of new premises to create a network map of existing services.

Test all points for full working ability, something many miss.

Talk with all parties to create a new map, and then install a cabling structure to suit.

On day of move, disconnect all servers and workstations, transfer, and restart onto new system.

This work is possible at nightimes and weekends to cut down on inconvenience.

This was a big move that took a lot of organisation, however (CITS), were ahead of us, and offered sound advice, as to how to make this work. They documented the site, did a full cable infrastructure test, to confirm no hidden problems, then did the alterations. The project ran into 300 point installs, over a 3 month period, but due to the building size, all were difficult. However, come move day, everything was in order, and tested to satisfaction. They remained on callout over the weekend move, in case of any problems. For a manufacturing and warehouse solution, what they delivered was beyond expectations.
